How and when did you start/ grow up with fishing?
Started fishing with dad off narooma at the age of 7.
What is the Biggest Fish you have ever caught?
238kg Blue marlin off Port Stephens.
What is the most Meritorious Capture you have encountered?
A 238kg Blue marlin on 200lb leader on a 9/0 circle hook.
Do you have any memorable Tournament Achievements?
Not at present.
What is the best fishing day you have ever had?
Tagging 8 from 11 bites at port Stephens (marlin) with 2 on board
and 3 double hook ups.
Do you have any other hobbies besides fishing?
Snow skiing / Water skiing / League.
What is your Profession/Study?
Landscaper / Nurseryman.
What sort of Achievements you would like to accomplish in the near future in fishing?
Hooking up mates to big fish.
What is your all time favourite Fishing Location that you have experienced?
Melville Island and Jervis bay in marlin season.
If you could fish any one fishing destination in the world, where would it be and who would you fish it with?
Cabo san Lucas with Netherlands women hockey team.
Do you have any advice for any keen young blokes who also want to get amongst them?
Listen, Learn and don’t be afraid to ask questions. Try different things yourself.
